Useful Being serves to guide discovery of the vast, useful abilities you posses right now, and to remind you of the implicit permission to act simply through being alive.

FMA, or, Fractal Martial Art, provides guidance in the study and practice of martial art. FMA guides participants toward greater depth and breadth of understanding and effectiveness - regardless one's system, style or area of focus in the art - through focus toward what lies beneath.
